1. About These Terms
These terms apply when you engage Pragmindz IT Solutions for website design, hosting, or digital marketing services described on this site. By confirming a project with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Package
The website package includes a dynamic website of up to 30 pages, lead integration (WhatsApp, Click-to-Call, contact form), a brochure download popup, domain and hosting for one year, four business email accounts, a one-month digital marketing campaign, and social media page setup, as described on our offer page.
3. Pricing & Offers
Listed offer pricing is valid for the limited period stated at the time of booking and may change without prior notice. Final pricing is confirmed at the time your project is booked.
4. Project Timeline
Timelines depend on how promptly content, images, and approvals are provided by the client. Delays in providing these may extend the delivery schedule.
5. Domain, Hosting & Renewals
Domain and hosting are provided free for the first year as part of the package. Renewal after the first year is at prevailing rates, communicated to the client in advance of expiry.
6. Content Ownership
Once the project is delivered and paid for in full, the website content and design created for the client belong to the client, excluding any third-party licensed assets (such as stock images or fonts) used with permission.
7. Payments
Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. Work on hosting, domain registration, and marketing campaigns begins after the applicable payment is received.
8. Limitation of Liability
We aim to deliver a reliable, working website and marketing service, but we are not liable for losses arising from third-party platform outages (such as hosting providers, WhatsApp, or ad platforms) beyond our control.
